For example, well, we, solar PV installers, still have to do our flora and fauna surveys and check on it, but we think this a pretty good place to be. The conversation is going, the conversation is going. The first time I talked to BLM in Arizona they said, “We’ve got 32 solar projects that’s proposed for land here in Arizona. We, solar PV installers, have no idea what we’re dealing with. Could you come and tell us what these projects for solar PV installers are about?” I spent a day with them, and they said, “Oh, well, we’ve got all these projects. We know this one’s not going to go over here because there’s a bighorn sheep migration that goes through there. There’s no way those three project could have because they would interfere with that.” And I said, “Well, did you tell that to the developers?” “No.” “Why not?” ”They didn’t ask.” Thecommunication just isn’t there. There’s currently an investment tax credit for large solar projects — 30% investment tax credit. That puts us in this rather broad, DOE likes broad regions, of where it costs today with 30% ITCR. That applies to CSP projects. In 2016 that 30% ICC goes back to a 10% investment tax credit, and puts us on this curve.
